I’m excited to offer small group agility classes at Littlefield Dog Training, LLC in Versailles, Kentucky — just five minutes from the Bluegrass Parkway.
Classes will begin as soon as we have enough students to form a group. Once we’re ready to go, classes will meet on Monday afternoons and evenings.

About the Facility:

Class Options
Agility Foundations:
Appropriate for dogs 6 months or older.
Teams will work on foundational skills that help with coordination, confidence, focus, and off leash control, with the goal of building a strong foundation for a future in agility, and many other dog sports.
Agility Basics:
Appropriate for dogs 6 months or older.
Teams will begin working with jumps, tunnels, hoops, barrels, contacts and weave polls, with the goals of having fun, building confidence, focus and drive for the game of agility.
Intro to Coursework:
Appropriate for dogs who have already been introduced to jumps, tunnels, contacts and weaves
Teams will continue to build confidence and skills with obstacles, learn basic handling skills and begin sequencing.
Sequencing and Course Work:
Appropriate for teams who have completed Intro to Coursework (or similar level class) and are comfortable working short sequences
and full courses.
Teams will continue to build and refine jumping, weaving, and contact skills, while learning advanced handling techniques and discovering what works best for their team.
Private/Semi-private lessons: (Individual or two working teams)

Monday evenings don’t work for you? I am available for private and semi-private lessons focusing on agility and/or household obedience, at Littlefield Dog Training, LLC. or within your own home/facility.
Classes
Classes are $150 per four week session, are limited to a maximum of five teams, and last appoximately an hour

About Elana:
As the child of a professional dog trainer, I’ve been working with and training dogs since I was big enough to hold the end of a leash and was helping to teach classes by the age of 14. With a strong foundation in household obedience, I began seriously training my own dogs to compete in agility in 2014. Over the past decade, I’ve had the opportunity to learn from many experts in the sport, including several world team members, and have finished Master Agility Champion titles (MACH) with my two dogs, Tinker and Dinah. This spring, we added Peggy to our pack, and we're excited for her future! We also compete in Barn Hunt and train for a variety of other sports, as I love playing any game where my dogs have fun! I enjoy helping students improve their skills, while having fun and building connection with their dogs.
